Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a fridge in their rooms.

It would be nice to have more toiletries provided in the bathroom.

I traveled from the United States to escape city life and Castillo Del delivered everything I needed and more. The location and view were spectacular, with a peaceful atmosphere and stunning Arenal Volcano views. The staff was attentive, friendly, and created a welcoming environment. The hotel's prime location made it convenient for outdoor tours and attractions like the sky tram, butterfly conservatory, and zoo. The on-site restaurant offered delicious food, and the breakfast was great. a 10/10 experience.

The Butterfly Conservatory and Serpentarium are conveniently located nearby. Balcony provides a peaceful spot to observe nature. Housekeeping maintains clean rooms with charming towel decorations.

The value we got for our money at Castillo Del was outstanding, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was prime, surrounded by breathtaking views and close to popular outdoor attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and attended to our needs.

The hotel was in dire need of some tender loving care. the linens in the room were old and thin, and the bathroom was very small.

The fusion restaurant on-site served delicious food at reasonable prices. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and chairs to enjoy the stunning views of the surroundings. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like a small swimming pool and a bathroom, overall, our stay was amazing. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The beds in our room were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the pillows were flat and offered no support whatsoever.

Stunning views and delicious food. We were looking for a secluded hotel away from the main tourist area, and Castillo Del Arenal provided just that. The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, with big windows and a porch overlooking the beautiful landscape. The breakfast on the balcony, with a view of the volcano and lake, was a peaceful and convenient way to start the day. The food at the restaurant was excellent, especially the steak which was the best I've ever had.
